Tommy Fields is an award-winning composer and singer/songwriter whose most recent accomplishments include Crown Media’s first ever period piece, A Holiday Spectacular featuring The Rockettes and Christmas with the Campbells for Wild West Films (Vince Vaughn/ Peter Billingsley). Tommy won a Promax Award for Disney’s Mary Poppins 50th Anniversary Special starring Dick Van Dyke. He also won Song of the Year for two original compositions Only God Knows and Under The Rainbow. Tommy created music for the Taylor Swift Parody, Bad Blood Test, which went viral on YouTube with almost 90 million views.
This Indiana native’s journey started by singing and playing guitar in local cover bands. After his move to Los Angeles and graduating from Grove School of Music, he fronted several hard rock bands, most notably working with Slash and Duff McKagan (Guns N' Roses). He also fronted Rock Island Orchestra, formerly known as Alcatrazz.
Tommy has scored many indie films, as well as over 20 films for Crown Media/Hallmark, including some of their top-rated films, Next Stop, Christmas (starring Christopher Lloyd and Lea Thompson of Back to the Future) and One December Night (starring Peter Gallagher and Bruce Campbell). Tommy's original songs have landed on TV shows such as Grey's Anatomy, Iliza Shlesinger (Theme song), Rescue Me and many more.
Tommy also scores commercials for Disney/ABC, A&E, Warner Bros., SoulPancake, and has produced and performed in commercials for Toyota, Purina, Sonic, JCPenney, Target, and Yahoo.
